Contributed to the development of a digital platform designed to help local councils gather and understand community feedback ahead of planning applications.
My role involved writing and contributing code to the project through GitHub, alongside work supporting the design and development of a system intended to improve public participation in local planning decisions.

Following the technical fix, conducted a heuristic evaluation to identify usability issues and barriers affecting the customer experience. Implemented further improvements to address these problems, combining practical debugging skills with user-centred design principles.
